As regards my studies, after
obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in management from Toulouse University and a
master’s level degree in management of Human Resources, I currently prepare a Master
of International Human Resources Management. I will have to get an internship
for my master’s level. This work placement will take place from April 2013 to
September 2013.



During my studies, I had the
opportunity to put my knowledge into practice thanks to several work placements.
The first I made was in a large public firm named IFREMER located in Brest where
I was in charge of establishing the training plan and of welcoming new
employees. My second internship was in a private company named Steco, based in
La Rochelle, which is an accounting office. My main tasks were to draw up pay
slips and to prepare employment contracts. Recently, I was responsible for the training
unit plan in Toulouse ERDF company as an intern. This training plan concerned
700 employees.



I think that a professional
experience in your company could be a real opportunity to learn new practices
of work in a prestigious company. Finally, to my mind, there is a double stake
with the Human Resources because you have to create a good place to work for
the employees and in the same time you have to play the role of business
partner.
